Two people have been charged with indecent exposure and trespassing after Massachusetts police say they found them naked in an alleyway behind a performing arts center.
Twenty-three-year-old Ryan Barry and 26-year-old Nicole Carmichael, both Arlington residents, were arraigned Thursday at Cambridge District Court on indecent exposure and trespassing charges; Barry was also charged with assault and disorderly conduct, while Carmichael was held on an outstanding warrant.
Authorities say the two were found sleeping on a couch in the alley behind the Regent Theatre on Medford Street in Arlington just before midnight on Wednesday.
Arlington police say the responding officers told Barry and Carmichael to wake up and put on their clothes several times, when Barry became combative, leading police to arrest him. Police arrested Carmichael when they discovered her outstanding warrant from Winchester police.
There's no word if either has an attorney.
