Officials are investigating after a person was found dead between train tracks in Massachusetts Monday evening.
State police say an Amtrak engineer driving a train saw the body between the rails near the Worcester station.
The engineer was able to stop the train before hitting the person, according to state police.
Worcester police say the person's death doesn't appear suspicious at this time.
The investigation is ongoing.
