Police in Everett, Massachusetts, are investigating an armed robbery.
Authorities responded to the Tedeschi's Market at 511 Broadway early Monday morning.
The clerk was heavily bleeding from a head wound, an told officers that two men entered the store demanding money. One suspect reportedly struck the clerk with the butt of a gun. They fled with an undetermined amount of money.
The clerk was transported to the Whidden Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
