Police in Hingham, Massachusetts, are investigating an upskirting incident that took place inside a Barnes and Noble.
On Saturday around 7:55 p.m., police say a female customer reported that a man placed a phone under her skirt. She immediately told the store manager, but the man had left before officers arrived.
The man is described as approximately 30-years-old and 5'9" with a medium build. He has dark eyes and dark hair and was wearing thick glasses and a bright green t-shirt.
