Police: Woman Pulled From Walden Pond in Concord, Massachusetts

Police say a man from the U.K. helped the woman out of the pond

Police say a woman has been taken to the hospital after being pulled from a Massachusetts pond.

Police in Concord say firefighters took the woman to the hospital after being pulled out of Walden Pond. State police say a man from the U.K. helped pull her out. The woman's condition is unknown.

There was a dive team looking for a possible second person, but authorities have since concluded it.

According to state police, the woman arrived at Walden Pond after taking the MBTA.

Concord Police say the incident happened at the pond's boat ramp.
