Officials are searching for a woman on the run who escaped from the back of a police cruiser in Hyannis, Massachusetts.
Shainah Lopes, 32, was arrested Friday night on two default warrants for larceny.
She was handcuffed and placed in the back of a police car, but a friend opened the door and Lopes ran off.
Latrona Sims is now charged with aiding an escape.
Anyone with information on where lopes may be is being asked to contact police.
