A woman was hospitalized on Cape Cod after police say she was struck by an unlicensed driver.
The victim was struck on Route 132 in Barnstable, Massachusetts, around 6:20 p.m. Police say she was not in a crosswalk.
According to police, the car was driven by 21-year-old Manuel Arcentales of South Yarmouth, who does not have a Massachusetts driver's license.
The woman was taken to Cape Cod Hospital. Police say she bumped her head.
Arcentales, originally from Ecuador, will be summonsed to court for operating without a license.
