A Framingham man with 14 convictions - including two for drunken driving - has been charged with driving while high on marijuana with his three kids in the car.
The MetroWest Daily News reports that Sherborn police arrested 34-year-old Luis Toledo on Wednesday after seeing him swerving repeatedly.
Prosecutors say police smelled burning pot coming from his car and he failed field sobriety tests. Police also say Toledo had pills for which he did not have a prescription.
The children are all under 14.
Bail was set at $2,000 after Toledo pleaded not guilty at his arraignment Thursday to charges including driving under the influence and child endangerment.
Toledo's lawyer asked that his client be released without bail, saying police didn't elaborate on how Toledo failed the sobriety tests.
