Police in Massachusetts have arrested a man wanted for murder in Puerto Rico.
Joel Marin-Maldonado, 33, is wanted for a fatal 2013 stabbing. The former resident of Fajardo, Puerto Rico, was on a list of the territory's top 10 most wanted fugitives.
State and Lynn Police arrested Marin-Maldonado around 9:15 a.m. on Munroe Street as he was entering a building. Police believe he may have been working for a temp agency.
The suspect was arraigned in Lynn and is expected to be extradited.
