“Puppy Doe” Suspect in Court on Larceny Charges

Protesters won't be allowed outside of the Massachusetts courthouse Monday morning where the man accused of beating the dog known as "Puppy Doe" will go on trial for larceny charges.

Radoslaw Czerkawski allegedly stole $130,000 from an elderly woman he was taking care of.

He also faces a number of animal cruelty charges, but the judge has banned protesters outside of the Norfolk Superior Courthouse because of the impact they may have on the jury.

Czerkawski has pleaded not guilty to all of the charges.
