Revere, Mass. Will Host Job Fair for Displaced Necco Employees, Public

Grab your resume and don your best outfit because a Revere, Massachusetts job fair is expected to attract 60 employers.

Revere Mayor Brian Arrigo coordinated the event along with the Department of Labor and Workforce Development Rapid Response Team. It will be held in conjunction with a job fair that was organized to help employees who were fired following the closure of the Necco plant.

The event, which is open to the public, will host employers in health care, banks, food production, transportation, customer service and more.

The city-wide job fair will be held Wednesday from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Rumney Marsh Academy.
