7 Adults, 1 Child Lose Home After Roslindale Multi-Family House Fire

The fire has caused an estimated $150,000 in damages

Seven adults and a child have lost their home after an overnight in Boston's Roslindale neighborhood.

The fire was reported at about 1:15 a.m. Wednesday at a home on 19 Harrison St., according to the Boston Fire Department. The two-story building had flames on the first and second floor, officials said.

All residents were able to escape the burning building on their own. The Red Cross will assist those who are displaced.

The structure fire cost an estimated $150,000 in damages. No injuries were reported.

The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
