A Silver Alert has been issued in connection to a missing 82-year-old woman who may have dementia in Salisbury, New Hampshire.

Cora Ballou was last seen leaving her Salisbury home Sunday, according to state police.
She is believed to be driving a gray 2015 Chevy Cruze with a New Hampshire license plate that reads 4429557. The car may have a cracked passenger side rear tail light. Stuffed animals may be displayed on her rear window, according to state police.
Ballou was also last seen with her pet, a brown and white Chihuahua named "Cooper." She is believed to be in the Salisbury, Webster or Boscawen area.
The missing woman is described as being 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighs about 145 pounds. She was last seen wearing a red and blue sweatshirt.
