A tractor trailer crashed Friday evening on Route 2 in Littleton, Massachusetts, causing potatoes to spill across both sides of the highway.
The truck slammed into a guard rail on the westbound side, slicing the trailer open. Red potatoes poured onto the pavement.
The driver sustained minor injuries, but was not transported to a hospital.
About 60 feet of the guard rail was damaged, and crews expected to spend hours cleaning up.
