Police have arrested a 22-year-old suspect in connection with a series of upskirting incidents in Massachusetts.
Norwood Police said they arrested Andrew Garvin, 22, of Canton, Massachusetts, and transferred him to the Walpole Police Department. Walpole Police had issued a press release last week asking for the public's assistance in idenifying a man in relation to a recent upskirting incident at the Walpole Mall.
The incident occurred at the Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Store, the second incident in two weeks. The same individual was believed to be involved in both incidents.
