David Benitez Jr., 23, turned himself in as a result of the investigation into the stabbing of two people on Temple Street on Monday.

Charlena Ngeth, 18, one of the people stabbed, died from her injuries. The second victim, a 25-year-old man whose name has not been released, was driven to a hospital by friends. He is recovering from his injuries.
