Tractor Trailer Jackknifed on Route 3 in Chelmsford, Massachusetts

A tractor trailer is blocking all lanes on Route 3 northbound in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, officials say.

MassDOT says the jackknifed tractor trailer happened just north of Route 129.

A breakdown lane is open, but heavy delays are expected.
