Two Men Arrested on Drug Charges After Police Stop Car

Men arraigned on multiple drug charges

A Carver, Massachusetts, man and a Middleborough, Massachusetts, man were arrested Sunday on drug charges after police stopped the car in which they were riding.

Michael Spano, 24, of Carver, was charged with three counts of possession of a class B substance, possession with intent to distribute a class B substance, possession of a class E substance, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, number plate violation to conceal I.D. and failure to stop for police.

Nathan Naylor, 23, of Middleborough, were charged with two counts of possession of class B substance, possession with intent to distribute a class B substance and possession of a class E substance.

Carver Police stopped the car on Russell Holmes Way due to an issue with the car's registration. An investigation led to the arrests, police said.

The men were arraigned in Wareham District Court on Monday.
