The Saugus, Massachusetts, property that formerly housed the Hilltop Steak House has a new owner, but who that buyer is remains unknown.
A purchase and sale agreement for the site and its liquor license occurred last week, according to Boston.com.
The website reports that the purchaser was not identified due to a confidentiality agreement.

The Hilltop Steak House was founded in 1961 by Frank Giuffrida with its original location in Saugus. The Route 1 establishment was best known for its neon cactus sign.
The restaurant closed its doors in 2013.
