Rhode Island State Police arrested a man for driving under the influence with a 4 year old in the car.
Twenty-nine-year-old Aramis Aviles of Central Falls was pulled over in that city Saturday. His young son was in the back seat and not properly restrained.
Aviles failed field sobriety tests and was found to have a blood-alcohol content over the legal limit.
He is charged with a second offense DUI and cited for traffic violations including child passenger restraint and presence of an alcoholic beverage.
