UPDATE: Needham Police confirm Tarabelli has been found.
Police in Needham, Massachusetts, are looking for a missing 86-year-old man.
Louis Tarabelli was last seen around 10:30 a.m. Monday on his way to an 11 a.m. appointment at the VA hospital in Boston's Jamaica Plain neighborhood. He never arrived there.
Tarabelli is approximately 5'6 and weighs about 215 pounds. He has gray hair and was wearing a black or navy blue shirt, gray shorts and black shoes Monday.
He was driving a 2010 Honda Civic with Massachusetts plates reading "721TMX."
Tarabelli has a history of medical problems.
