Police: New Hampshire Drunk Driver Hits Cruiser, Flees

Manchester police said that a Jeep struck a while officers were walking back from a motor vehicle stop in Manchester, New Hampshire.

A Manchester, New Hampshire man was arrested for allegedly hitting a police cruiser on Tuesday while under the influence of alcohol.

Manchester police said that a Jeep struck a while officers were walking back from a motor vehicle stop around 5:30 p.m. in front of 370 Hanover Street.

Police said the driver was Christopher Boll, 67 of Lincoln Street, Manchester, New Hampshire.

The officers got into the cruiser and followed Boll to his residence on Lincoln Street, where he refused to exit his vehicle. He eventually got out of his vehicle and was placed into custody.

Boll was charged with conduct after an accident, disobeying a police officer and operating under the influence of alcohol.

He is scheduled to be arraigned on Wednesday, November 23 at the Hillsborough County House of Correction.
