16 Arrested in Laconia, NH, Drug Sweep for Selling Heroin, Meth and Crack

More arrests are expected to be forthcoming

Sixteen people were arrested in a drug sweep in Laconia, New Hampshire, on Wednesday.

Laconia Police conducted a warrant sweep within the city; all of the warrants were drug related, involving the sale or conspiracy to sell heroin, fentanyl, methamphetamine and crack cocaine. All of the parties were arrested without incident. One firearm was recovered from one of the people arrested.

Those arrested included:

  • Justin Franquie, 24, of 26A Winter St., Laconia, on a charge of sale of a narcotic drug. He was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail.
  • Brandon O'Brien, 22, of 17 Bay St., Laconia, on a heroin sales charge. He was also wanted on an electronic bench warrant for proof of license required. He was released on $2,686 personal recognizance bail.
  • Nicole Beaule, 29, of 24 Baldwin St. #4, Laconia, on charges of methamphetamine sales and felon in possession of a firearm. She was released on $12,500 personal recognizance bail.
  • Christopher Miles, 34, of 103 Blueberry Lane #86, Laconia, on charges of methamphetamine sales and conspiracy to commit the sale of methamphetamine. He was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail.
  • Melissa Sylvia, 36, of 72 Batchelder St. #3, Laconia, on a charge of conspiracy to commit the sale of crack cocaine. She was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail.
  • Frederick Sanborn, 31, of 72 Batchelder St. #3, Laconia, on a heroin sales charge. He was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail.
  • Emmie Landry, 21, of 99 Merrimac St., Laconia, on charges heroin sales and conspiracy to commit the sale of heroin. She was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail.
  • Ashley Goyette, 24, of 32 High St., Laconia, on three counts of heroin sales. She was released on $7,500 personal recognizance bail.
  • Austijn Brue, 23, of 85 Sheridan St., Laconia, on three counts of heroin sales. Brue was held on $7,500 cash bail.
  • Tyler Young, 24, of 381 Union Rd., Belmont, on a heroin sales charge. He was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail.
  • Nathan Greene, 23, of 12 Winter St. #3, Laconia, on a heroin sales charge. He was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail.
  • Joseph Gillis, 22, of 16 Rowell St., Laconia, on a heroin sales charge. He was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail.
  • Damon Farris, 24, of 76 County Dr., Laconia, on a methamphetamine sales charge. He refused bail.
  • Joseph Costello, 23, of 76 County Dr., Laconia, on a methamphetamine sales charge. He refused bail.
  • Kory Morrissette, 25, of 99 Merrimac St., Laconia, on charges of sale of a narcotic drug, conspiracy to sell a narcotic drug and violation of parole. Morrissette refused bail.
  • Heather Daigneau, 26, of 479 Meadow Pond Rd., Gilmanton, on a heroin sales charge. She was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail.

Those released on personal recognizance bail are scheduled to appear in court on May 12. Those who refused bail or received cash bail will be arraigned on Thursday.

Police said additional arrests are expected, as 17 other suspects were not located during the sweep but are known to be in the area.
