A construction worker was fatally struck by a piece of equipment Concord, New Hampshire, on Thursday afternoon.
According to the Concord Police Department, officers responded to Sunset Avenue for a report of a person struck by a vehicle.
Once on scene, officers learned that an employee for a construction company had actually been hit by a piece of construction equipment.
The male victim was transported to Concord Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
The victim has been identified as Brian Sullivan, age 45, of Pittsfield, New Hampshire.
Sullivan worked for William Young Excavating Site Work based in Bow, New Hampshire.
The company was working on a driveway when the incident occurred.
