A New Hampshire man is being held on $50,000 cash bail on armed robbery and drug charges.
A victim reported to police on Nov. 4 that an unknown man approached a group of people in a parking lot, and displayed a firearm as he demanded money. He then forced the group into one of the victim's apartments where he continued his demands. Eventually, one of the victims was able to call for help, and the suspect fled.
Authorities located Anthony Debenedictis, 24, of Nashua walking in the area, and stopped him because he matched the suspect's description.
Debenedictis is charged with robbery, possession of a controlled drug, and possession of a narcotic.
He's scheduled to be arraigned at the 9th Circuit-District Division-Nashua Court.
