A New Hampshire man who was found guilty of first-degree murder in the stabbing death of an 18-year-old is asking a judge to throw out his conviction.
Nineteen-year-old Tristan Wolusky, of Rochester, was convicted in October for his role in the June 21, 2014 killing of 18-year-old Aaron Wilkinson.
Prosecutors said Wolusky, 19-year-old Zachary Pinette and 22-year-old Michael Tatum drove to Wilkinson's Madbury home with plans to steal drugs and money. They stabbed him to death and dumped his body in Lebanon, Maine.
Foster's Daily Democrat reports Wolusky's attorney, Mark Sisti, has filed two motions to set aside the jury's guilty verdict on the murder charge.
Sisti alleges that the testimony of Tatum and Pinette, who testified against Wolusky in exchange for a plea deal, lacks credibility.
