Royal and Kimberly Brady of Manchester, New Hampshire, face various charges

A New Hampshire husband and wife are both charged in connection with the sexual assault of a 10-year-old girl.

Manchester police say they first received a call on June 15 from Kimberly Brady, 31, accusing her husband, 32-year-old Royal Brady, of sexually assaulting a girl that police say was known to him.

Royal Brady was arrested on June 17 after an investigation, and he was charged with aggravated felonious sexual assault. He was ordered to be held on $100,000 bail during his arraignment on Monday.

Meanwhile, police say Kimberly Brady, who initially reported the incident, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with criminal liability, endangering the welfare of a child and violating the Child Protection Act.

She was ordered to be held on $50,000 bail during her arraignment on Thursday.

Both are scheduled for a probable cause hearing on June 29 in Manchester.
