Officials say a New Hampshire State Police trooper has been hospitalized after being struck by truck in his cruiser on the Everett Turnpike Wednesday afternoon.
Transportation officials say a truck crossed into a breakdown lane and struck the cruiser around 2 p.m. in Nashua.
The truck didn't stop initially, but it was stopped by other state police cruisers a short distance away.
The trooper was taken to a local hospital; his condition is currently unknown.
