NH Man Killed in Single Car Accident

A New Hampshire man is dead after a single car accident that occurred just before 11 p.m. Saturday night on the northbound side of Spaulding Turnpike in Rochester, New Hampshire.

According to New Hampshire State Police, the driver, Corey Baker, 28, of Rochester, was traveling northbound on the exit #12 onramp, merging onto the highway, when he lost control of his 2005 Ford F-150 pickup truck.

The vehicle hit the guardrail on the left side of the road and rolled over.  Baker wasn't wearing a seatbeld, and sustained fatal injuries as a result of the crash.  He was pronounced dead on the scene.

Police believe speed and impairment were possible contributing factors, however, the crash is still under investigation.
