Body of New Hampshire Drowning Victim Recovered

The 44-year-old man reportedly went under the water around 4 Tuesday afternoon

Authorities have recovered the body of a 44-year-old man who went under the water and didn't resurface while swimming in a pond in Barrington, New Hampshire.

The man reportedly went under the water around 4 p.m. Tuesday while crossing Stonehouse Pond with a friend and did not resurface.

The drowning victim's name has not been released and the incident remains under investigation.
