A man is in trouble with the law once again as police say he taped women in a bathroom Thursday at a supermarket in Manchester, New Hampshire.
It's not the first time Travis Demers, 21, of Manchester, has been accused of violating others' privacy, according to police. He was out on bail at the time of his arrest on charges related to three other incidents this summer.
On Thursday afternoon, police were called to the Hannaford's Supermarket on Hanover Street for a report of a man in the women's restroom, according to a statement from Manchester police. After speaking with an employee and looking at surveillance video, police were able to confirm the report.
The man was inside the women's bathroom at the same time as a female employee.
"She didn't see anybody in there, but she felt that somebody may be in there. It just felt oddly quiet," said Heather Hamel of the Manchester Police Department. "When she left the stall to wash her hands, she looked in the mirror, and now, when she looked back, she could see feet in that same stall."
The man, who was seen later walking to his car and then sitting on a bench outside the store, was identified as Demers stopped by police, according to the police statement.
He was arrested on an active arrest warrant out of Merrimack County Superior Court for failure to appear on a robbery charge.

Demers was also arrested on a charge of falsifying physical evidence because police said he initially hid his cell phone from officers when they questioned him about the bathroom recording.
Police filed a new charge for violation of privacy against Demers on Saturday.
In addition, Demers was charged with three counts of violation of privacy for the separate incidents over the summer.
On June 27, officers were called to the Mall of New Hampshire in Manchester when a man was reported inside a restroom possibly recording women, police said. The man was identified as Demers after a review of surveillance video.
Another incident allegedly happened at the Savers on South Maple Street on Aug. 2, when police said they received a call about a man taking pictures of a woman in a dressing room.
When reviewing that surveillance video, police said they also confirmed the suspect was Demers.
Demers was also in trouble with the law last year, when he was arrested in Manchester on warrant charge of conspiracy to commit robbery and resisting arrest. Demers had refused to exit his Pinebrook Place home and briefly barricaded himself inside, forcing police to deploy negotiators, authorities said.
He was eventually taken into custody without incident.
"Oh my gosh," said Hannaford shopper Mary Peace. "Why is he not just locked up? That's disgusting."
Police said the most recent incident at Hannaford remains under investigation.
"I'm very concerned that Demers continues this course of conduct despite having been in front of the judge on two previous occasions. He has demonstrated his disregard for the legal system by his actions, and failing to appear in court on one occasion," Manchester Police Chief Carlo Capano said in a statement. "At some point we have to take the victims into consideration when bail is being determined. Demers’ repeated arrests while out on PR bail absolutely creates a risk to the public as he continues to victimize people in our community."
Demers is being held due to violation of bail in the previous arrest. It's unclear when he will appear in court to face charges or if he has an attorney.
