State police say a search is underway for a New Hampshire State Prison for Men inmate who walked away from a Concord halfway house last weekend.
Police say 22-year-old Jacob Bouchard signed out claiming he was visiting his mother's house on Friday but never returned for his scheduled check-in time at 8 p.m.
Investigators later learned there was no such meeting planned and that family members said they haven't seen him.
Bouchard is serving time for a felony-level burglary charge and theft by deception.
Police say Bouchard was riding a white bicycle and was last known to be in the Concord area.
