Police in Laconia, New Hampshire, say a suspect is sought in a kidnapping that happened Monday.
Active warrants are pending for the arrest of James Lemmond, 32, for kidnapping and armed robbery.
Officers responded to Cottage Street Monday night for a report of a screaming woman being dragged into a vehicle by her hair.
The vehicle, a black GMC Terrain, drove away from the scene.
Police found the vehicle abandoned in Concord.
The victim has since been found and an interview led to Lemmond's identification.
He is described as being 5’-9”, 160 pounds and has blue eyes and blonde hair.
