Police: Tow Driver Made Sexual Comments to Women He Picked Up

Massachusetts State Police have arrested a New Hampshire man they say made unwelcome sexual comments to women he picked up in his tow truck.

Matthew Walsh, 37, of Nashua, was arrested Thursday after a week-long investigation.

Walsh, who was a driver for Perfection Towing, allegedly made comments to drivers whose cars he towed.

One of the women had been stopped by state police because her registration had been revoked due to an insurance cancellation. Both of the cars were towed from the Massachusetts Turnpike in the Framingham area.

Walsh faces two counts of accosting or annoying a person of the opposite sex. He was booked, but cash bail will not be set until a bail clerk arrives. A court apperance has not been scheduled.

It was not immediately clear if he had an attorney.

Perfection Towing has been removed indefinitely from the list of providers used by Massachusetts State Police.
