A new web ad targeting U.S. Sen Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) features footage of slain New Hampshire journalist James Foley, who was beheaded by ISIS in August.
Footage of Foley right before he was beheaded by ISIS apears at the beginning of the ads, which target Shaheen and other Democrats. According to BuzzFeed, the ads were paid for by Secure America Now, a conservative nonprofit national security organization.

"While radical Islamists threaten to attack America and millions cross our border undetected, President Obama and Senator Shaheen have done nothing," the ad says. "Call now and tell Senator Shaheen to stop ignoring our border crisis. Tell her to secure our border now."
Shaheen issued a statement on Wednesday afternoon condemning the ad.
"This is a disgraceful ad that dishonors the memory of a respected journalist and New Hampshire native," she said. "It hurts all who loved and knew Jim, and the people behind this ad owe the Foley family and apology."
According to Elizabeth Guyton, communications director for Scott Brown, Brown said, "This is completely inappropriate and disrespectful to the Foley family.”
The ad also drew an immediate response from New Hampshire Democrats on Twitter.
