Woman Arrested After Children Found Living in Filth

Police say the mother of two children removed this week from a filth-ridden home in New Hampshire will be charged with child endangerment.

Manchester Police announced Friday that Samantha Grenier was arrested on Wednesday. Her husband, James Grenier, was arrested Monday.

Monday's arrest came after officers went to the family's home to check on their welfare.

Police say Grenier's son was strapped into a harness that was attached to his bed, which was covered in feces and urine. They said his daughter was unclothed and that her crib also was covered in feces.

It could not immediately be determined if the Greniers are represented by a lawyer.
