NH Police Seek Help Locating Missing Boy Who May Be With Biological Mother

Police in New Hampshire are asking for the public's help as they search for a missing three-year-old boy believed to be with his biological mother.

Anthony Nicolosi was last seen with his mother Malinda Nicolosi, 46, in Londonderry on Nov. 1., according to police.

Authorities said Nicolosi is in "defiance of a court order" which grants the boy's father full custody.

The mother and child are believed to be in New Hampshire or the following areas of Massachusetts: Fitchburg, Tewksbury, Cambridge or Peabody.

Malinda Nicolosi is said to be driving a silver 2010 Nissan Murano with license plate NH 430 3730, according to police.

An active warrant for her arrest has been issued for interference with custody contrary to RSA.

Anthony Nicolosi is described as about 3' tall, about 30 lbs with blond hair and brown eyes.

Malinda Nicolosi is described as 5'7", 110 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes.
