A New York-bound flight was diverted to New Hampshire Monday night because of heavy air traffic in New York.
Delta Airlines flight 944 left the Dominican Republican Monday for JFK Airport, according to Delta Airlines.
Because of the air traffic in New York, the pilot was forced to circle the area.
Running out of fuel, the plane was diverted to Manchester, New Hampshire, and passengers stayed over-night.
They're scheduled to depart for JFK again Tuesday morning.
