One person was transported to the hospital after an early-morning stabbing occurred in Manchester, New Hampshire.
According to the Manchester Police Department, officers responded to 536 Beach Street around 1:47 a.m. for a disturbance call.
Once on scene, officers found a 39-year-old male who said he was stabbed during an altercation with a man known to him.
The victim was taken to the Elliot Hospital and treated for a serious single stab wound to his midsection.
Officers learned an altercation took place and ended with the stabbing.
The suspect fled the scene following the stabbing.
Detectives are searching for the suspect.
