Police are investigating a fatal crash in Claremont, New Hampshire.
Crews responded to the crash on Charlestown Road around 8:05 p.m. Friday for the report of a single vehicle crash involving two pedestrians. One victim was pronounced dead on scene and another was transported to Valley Regional Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the vehicle was not injured and is cooperating with authorities.
Charlestown Road was set to be closed for hours during the investigation.
New Hampshire State Police, Sullivan County Attorney's Office, and the New Hampshire Medical Examiner's Office are investigating.
