A pedestrian was hospitalized after being hit by a vehicle Wednesday night in Boston's Mattapan neighborhood.
The crash happened around 9:30 p.m., the Boston Police Department said.
The victim was taken to a hospital with serious but non life-threatening injuries.
Police did not say whether the driver remained at the scene.
