A homeless man has been arrested for disorderly conduct after police say he harassed customers while panhandling at a Dunkin' Donuts in Manchester, New Hampshire.
Police described 31-year-old Jamie Smith as an "aggressive panhandler," saying he struck a customer's windshield when the customer did not give him money.
The store's manager asked police to remove Smith. Police say they asked the man to leave the property and he refused.
Smith is charged with disorderly conduct and violation of bail conditions for a prior arrest on Dec. 23, which required him to be on good behavior.
