Police: Convicted NH Felon Found With Uzi, Assortment of Knives

A convicted New Hampshire felon is facing weapons charges after a police raid at his home uncovered a wide assortment of weapons, including knives and an Uzi submachine gun. 

Grafton resident Danny Coutermarsh, 58, was charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm and being a felon in possession of dangerous weapons, according to state police.

Members of the New Hampshire State Police Narcotics and Investigations Unit, the New Hampshire State Police Mobile Enforcement Team, Danbury police and Grafton police responded to Coutermarsh’s home at 350 Dead Road with a search warrant following a month-long investigation Thursday.

Coutermarsh was arrested and released on $10,000 personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment on Oct, 23 at Grafton Superior Court.

It’s not clear if Coutermarsh has an attorney.
