A rally against police tactics is planned to be held Tuesday evening in Manchester, New Hampshire, New Hamshipre Union Leader reports.
The rally is scheduled for 6 p.m. at City Hall.
The Manchester Police Chief Nick Willard said in a tweet he respects that views of others even contrary "to the value of law enforcemnet in our society."
"I stand by the actions of the Manchester Police Department and applaud the courageous and professional manner in which Manchester officer conduct themselves," Willard said.
