Busted by Facebook: Couple Arrested After Video Shows Them Having Sex in Public

Danny Folco and Jennifer Bonsante were each charged with indecent exposure

Police in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, said Friday that they arrested a man and a woman accused of having sex in public after a video surfaced on social media.

According to WJAR-TV, Danny Folco, 33, of Woonsocket, and Jennifer Bonsante, 35, of Smithfield, were each charged with indecent exposure.

Police said they were called to Clinton Street on Monday for a report of two people having sex in plain view of people driving by.

Officers found Folco and Bonsante behind a store. They denied having sex, but police said Folco told them that "he was just fooling around." Police said they had no probable cause or witnesses, so they let them go.

But police said a day later, a video posted on Facebook and later on YouTube showed two people matching the description of Folco and Bonsante having sex against a wall.

Police said they issued arrest warrants based on the video.
