Man Arrested After Break-In at Brown University Student’s Home

Police in Providence, Rhode Island, say a man is facing charges after breaking into the home of a Brown University student Saturday.

According to necn affiliate WJAR, Hakeen Saygbe, 20, is facing breaking and entering charges.

Police say the resident of the home heard his front door open and saw the suspect going through a roommate's belongings.

The resident grabbed a knife, pushed Saygbe into a room and locked him inside. Police arrested Saygbe when they arrived.

Police say Saygbe said he was looking for a female student named Cindy Johnson, but that there is no such student enrolled in the school.
