A Warwick, Rhode Island, man charged with fatally stabbing his nephew and injuring his brother is expected in court for a bail hearing.
Jared Rogers is scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
Police say the 20-year-old Rogers fatally stabbed his nephew, 19-year-old Michael Rogers late last month and injured his brother.
Jared Rogers pleaded not guilty during an arraignment in his hospital room in March.
Police say Jared Rogers had earlier been removed from the home the family shared for being intoxicated, but returned from the hospital and stabbed the other men.
Five other people are facing charges for allegedly helping Jared Rogers.
Jared Rogers' public defender has not commented.
