Police in Cranston, Rhode Island are investigating after a man died in a single-vehicle rollover crash early Wednesday.
WJAR reports a Jeep traveling on Route 10 south veered off the highway and down an embankment sometime around 2:30 a.m. The driver, who was the sole occupant of the car, died at the scene.
A witness told WJAR that they wondered if the overnight rain played a factor in the fatal crash. The victim’s name and age were not immediately announced.
