The mother of a baby girl, who was sexually assaulted last month, is due in court Wednesday.
Melissa Bibby, 25, of Providence, Rhode Island, is charged with first degree child abuse.
Police said the injuries were first spotted at the baby's daycare.
The woman's other two children are now in state care.
