Police in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, say they are searching for a suspect after shots were fired into a living room, stricking a victim in the groin.
According to necn affiliate WJAR, the shooting occurred on Sanford Street shortly after 10 p.m.
The victim, a 20-year-old male, was bleeding heavily. He was transported to Rhode Island Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
There is no description of the suspect.
